Post an Fake Ad in the Freebies Saying something like free Xbox - ps3 - Macbook? Anything Valuable will do. when posting the ad put the number of the person you want to get hassled.

then ta da. in a few hours ( Bargain Hunters Dont take long )
the person will be bombarded with Text Messages and Calls.
